Cancellation Policy

Up to 15 days before tour dates: refund of 100% of the tour price.
5 to 15 days before tour dates: refund of 50% of the tour price.
5 to 1 day before tour dates: no refund.
no show: no refund.
Please note that all tours need preparation and advanced expenses such as tickets. In case of cancellation the cost of entry ticket/s will be not refunded.

Conditions will be the same in case of cancellation due to strike or social movement.

Metereological Conditions

If the whole tour or a part of it cannot be delivered because of weather condition, shall no give rise to any refund.

Rebooking Policy

Any change of date or content, cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability. Any change or cancellation need to be addressed to info@parisianprivatetours.com

Please note that the cost of the previous ticket/s for the tour will not be refunded and the additional cost for new necessary ticket/s will be charged.

In case of cancellation, the following Rebooking Policy Applies:

7 days before the tour dates: no rebooking fees
6 to 1 day before the tour dates: 100 euros rebooking fee
